The district
We are located in a quiet area although close to hotels and campsites. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find various services such as: laundry, bar, pub, pizzeria, restaurant, artisan ice cream parlor, public beach, lido, bus stop, ATM, playgrounds surrounded by greenery, distributor, bakery, organic shop, etc. A little further away there are pharmacy and supermarket.
In Viale Marconi and just a five-minute walk from our apartment is the Lido degli Ulivi , a beach that is partly lawn and partly gravel, quiet and with a relaxing flavor. Access is free and the beach offers the possibility to rent sun beds and umbrellas. Near the beach there is a pizza restaurant.
Other services in the village: cycle path along the lake, car ferry, boat, bicycle rental, car rental with and without driver, motorboat rental, travel agency, hairdresser, beauty center, wellness center, etc.
For sports enthusiasts, Toscolano Maderno offers many possibilities: hiking surrounded by greenery, Nordic walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf , fishing, diving, paragliding, sailing, rowing, stand-up paddle, horseback riding, skating ...
